Adequate rest is so important for children. Sleep provides their bodies time to grow and repair. Sleep is just as important for you. Sleep deprivation is a very real concern for so many parents. When you’re sleep deprived, you are not at your best. It is easier to make mistakes, your mood is affected, and it can take a serious toll on your overall health. As a mother of two boys, I have been there and I know how you feel. Parenting is not easy. It is okay to say, "I need help." Our kids are only young once and we should enjoy them, but it is really hard to do that when you are completely exhausted. Getting enough sleep makes you happy, and a happy parent makes happy children.
I customize each sleep plan to specifically meet to your family’s needs. All sleep issues will be addressed such as middle of night wakings, early morning wakings, nap struggles, bedtime struggles, developmental transitions, and many more.
