Sleep, just like nutrition, is absolutely crucial to your child’s health and well-being. It is not optional. Sleep strengthens your child’s body by allowing a time for restoration and repair. It is fundamental in their growth and development.

Time and time again we hear phrases like, “they’re just not good sleepers,” “I’ve given up on sleep,” or “I can’t have one more fight about bedtime.” I encourage you to not settle into thinking that your child is, “never going to be a good sleeper,” or that you “will never sleep again.” You have the power to change it.
