  • A phone consultation to discuss sleep plan, strategies, goal-setting, and all of your concerns and expectations

  • Two weeks of unlimited support emails and texting

  • Two phone calls 

  • Phone call at the end of two weeks to discuss progress and ensure that goals and expectations were met

This package is for families with a child age 3-18 months who are experiencing frequent night wakings, dependency on sleep props, difficulty with transition to a crib or their own room, short naps, or any other sleep issues you are experiencing. This is the most common age group that families experience sleep problems.

This package is for children 18 months and older who are still struggling with unhealthy or unwanted sleep habits like frequent night wakings, resistance to bedtime, co-sleeping or bed-sharing, difficulty transitioning to toddler bed or twin bed, or any other concerns you may have. It is never too late to instill healthy sleep habits!
